Add/Update Business Info
Your Infinity Profile allows you to showcase essential business information, making it easier for your visitors to engage with your services, products, and availability. Below are the categorized steps to add or update business information
Set Business Hours
To display your working hours on the Infinity Profile, start by ticking the checkbox next to the days your business operates. Once a day is activated, select the corresponding business hours using the dropdown. You can define specific hours for each day, which will be directly visible to your visitors on your profile.
Add or Update Services
In the Services section, you’ll see a list of all the services you’ve uploaded. To add a new service, click on the Add Service button at the top right corner. A modal will open, where you can:
Enter the service name.
Optionally, add a URL to redirect visitors to an external page related to the service.
Provide a description of the service.
Upload an image, which is mandatory for each service.
If you want your services to appear one at a time on your Infinity Profile, simply toggle on the option located beside the Add Service button. Once everything is added, click Save to finalize.
Add or Update Products
The Products section allows you to showcase what you sell. To add a new product, click on the Add Product button at the top right corner. A modal will appear where you need to:
Provide the product name.
Enter the currency and price of the product.
Optionally, add a product URL to redirect visitors to an external site for purchases.
Include a description of the product.
Upload an image, which is mandatory.
Additionally, you can utilize the Flipbook feature to display products creatively. Upload either a single PDF or multiple images by clicking on the Choose File button. The system will automatically convert these into an engaging 3D Flipbook. After completing all fields, click Save to make the product live.
Note: Our system allows you to take orders and receive payments from your visitors directly through your Infinity Profile. In order to receive payments, you need to first configure your Payment Details.
Set Appointment Availability
If you want visitors to schedule appointments with you, navigate to the Appointments section. Begin by ticking the checkbox next to the days you want to make available. For each day, you’ll need to set the start and end times using the time selectors.
To add multiple time slots for the same day, click the + button on the far-right side. A new time slot box will appear, allowing you to specify additional availability. You can also charge your visitors for taking an appointment with you. Simply click on the Paid button below and add the price. Please make sure you have added your payment details before you can begin charging your visitors for appointment.
Once you’ve configured all time slots, click Save to apply your changes.
