At BizKonnect Pro, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience with our TapKonnect NFC Smart Business Cards. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below for guidance on refunds, replacements, and exchanges.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds can be requested on the same day of purchase if the order has not yet been processed. Once processed, refunds may not be available.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After processing, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective card, we will issue a replacement upon receiving photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. For other issues, please contact our support team at support@bizkonnectpro.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges and Replacements: Exchanges are not available for all products. However, if your card is damaged or has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will gladly replace it. For expedited replacements, return the intact card to us within the specified timeframe.
Product Returns
Returns and Shipping: If a return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returned items must be intact and undamaged, although original packaging is not required.
Non-Returnable Products: Custom or personalized items, as well as sale items, are non-returnable. Please reach out for any questions on item eligibility.
Warranty
NFC Chip Warranty: Our TapKonnect cards include a two-year warranty on NFC chip functionality. If your chip malfunctions within this period, a free replacement will be provided.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If there is any damage or you received the incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at support@bizkonnectpro.com with proof, so we can make it right.
