TapKonnect Shipping Policy

BizKonnect Pro manages your order from placement through production and packaging. Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, BizKonnect Pro’s responsibility concludes. Any damage incurred during shipping must be addressed with the carrier directly.
Return Shipping Fees If your order is returned as undeliverable, a reshipment fee of 110% of the original shipping charge will apply. Please ensure a valid contact number is provided with your order to facilitate delivery assistance if needed.
Order Tracking As BizKonnect Pro customizes products to each order, shipment tracking details will be available after production. Tracking information will be provided once available from the carrier.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Orders: Expected delivery is within 5-7 days of purchase confirmation.
Custom Orders: Shipping timelines begin after design approval.
If production exceeds the usual timeframe, BizKonnect Pro will expedite shipping to maintain the estimated delivery period. Please note, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, reprinting may be necessary to meet quality standards, potentially causing slight delays.
International Customs Fees For international orders, customs policies and fees vary by country, and BizKonnect Pro has no control over these charges or timelines. Customers are responsible for verifying customs fees and requirements in their country prior to ordering. Please be aware that customs clearance may extend delivery times beyond initial estimates.
